We made two trips to Canada this summer. The first trip was to Prince Edward Island and then to the Bay of Fundy in early July. We drove up through New Brunswick and across the new Confederation Bridge over to the Island of Prince Edward. Jean Anne, her mom, Duska, her boyfriend Nate and myself spent a week sightseeing, hiking and bike riding all over the island. We then headed back south with a stop in Moncton, NB at Magnetic Hill and also the Tidal Bore. From there we went down to the Bay of Fundy NP and walked on the 'ocean floor'. And then in late July, a conference trip to Calgary, Alberta was extended to include a trip into the Canadian Rockies for a week of camping, hiking, fishing and mountain biking. I fished the famous Lower Bow River for monster Rainbow Trout (caught only one 20 incher) and then I went camping in Banff National Park with a drive up through Lake Louise and also into Jasper National Park.
