Our family consists of myself, Dan Sturrup, my wife, Jean
Anne, our son, Chad and our two daughters, Kyla and Duska and our two grandsons,
Conner and Jacob and our new granddaughter, Jacey Lynn We live in Old Town, Maine and both Jean Anne and I work at the University of Maine in Orono.
Our son Chad and Kara recently moved from Tucson, Arizona and currently live in Waterville, Maine. He and Kara just recently had their first son and our first grandchild. They own and operate a bar, Spirits, and live nearby their work.
Chad is pictured below with his youngest sister, Duska, outside at a UMaine football game fall of 2000. Our oldest daughter, Kyla (below and on left in the 2nd picture below) is a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and was recently stationed in Hawaii. She and Daral, a sniper instructor in the Marine Corps, now live in Virginia. Check out their wedding pictures. She had her son in October 1999 (check out his pictures) and her first daughter (check out our first granddaughter pictures) in March 2001.
Duska, our youngest daughter (on right above) is a sophomore at the University of Maine and was the last of our children living at home. Check out her own home page at Duska. Our family dog, Dylan, a Shetland Sheepdog. Jean Anne |
